Required Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

 

Job Description:

  • Works under direction of Shift Supervisor Manually unloads products from the machinery
  • Follows specification for labeling and packaging
  • Able to run automated equipment when assigned and perform proper operation of packaging equipment
  • Performs quality checks and inspect products for defects.
  • Interprets data using charts and takes appropriate action
  • Works to support good manufacturing practices based on safety, quality and production
  • Performs miscellaneous related duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Observes all safety rules and OSHA regulations and performs job in a safe manner.
  • Follow standard operating procedures
  • Maintains good housekeeping and 5S

The starting pay for this position is ​$22.20 hourly rate.  Compensation and benefits available for this position are dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
