As a Data Analyst II, you will use your solid Excel, analytical, and reporting skills to work with Customer Service leaders to understand and interpret data to help improve productivity and efficiency. Knowledge of SQL and PowerBI highly preferred. You must have strong initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision on a variety of responsibilities and initiatives. Collaboration, good interpersonal / communication skills, and the ability to translate data into reports and presentations that tell the story are key to success in this role. This position is currently eligible to work a hybrid schedule - Monday / Tuesday in office.

What You Will Do

Perform in-depth data analyses and reporting. Communicate results through presentations, reports, and memos to team members. Use data to improve business processes.

Use analytical skills and available tools to perform in-depth analysis of both internal and 3rd party data to provide business recommendations.

Create customized presentations and reports that clearly communicate results to partners.

Guide communication between multiple departments for data collection and reporting.

Create reports based on needs. Build, manage and analyze internal data sets by using data analysis skills. Examine data sets and reports to ensure accuracy and data integrity.

Clearly communicate analytic results and post-event summaries to improve future decisions.

Independently analyze data to identify differences, relationships and trends.

Translate customer data needs into concrete data mining tasks and execute them.

Improve data reporting and presentation methods.

Present information management concepts and methods to non-technical users.

Help with other analyses as requested by management.

Identify cause and solution of any data bugs or errors.

Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.

Employee may perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

What You Will Need

Preferred bachelor’s degree bachelor’s degree in business administration, math, statistics, related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job-related experience:

Experience with Microsoft Excel functions, including:

  • Complex formulas

  • Pivot tables

  • Charts

  • Queries

  • Macros

Working knowledge of SAS or Microsoft Power BI products. Interact with data sources using multiple techniques, including:

  • SQL Queries

  • Imports and exports

  • Report Development

  • Data Visualizations

Working knowledge of information extraction and analysis techniques, and practices.

Identify data relationships, complete data mining, and to create analytic solutions. Working knowledge of statistical methods and data mining preferred.

Demonstrated ability of strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and prioritizing.

Mobility to travel in and around office facilities system wide.

Communicate and exchange information or instructions and conduct oral presentations.

Visual abilities to perform job responsibilities.
