Full-time position

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years administering Windows-based networks and servers

Proficiency in Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 administration, and Windows security

Hands-on experience with firewalls, switches, and virtualized environments

Familiarity with backup and MDM solutions

Strong communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience:

CCNA or equivalent network experience

MSCE or equivalent server experience

Technical certifications are a plus

Providing day-to-day support for client networks, servers, and infrastructure

Architecting and implementing IT projects

Serving as an escalation point for technical issues

Collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional service
