INFRA. ARCHITECT – Network

Location- Anywhere in United States, remote

We are looking for senior INFRA. ARCHITECT – Network for an immediate need. This is a client-facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Design and implement robust network architectures that meet the company’s global operational needs.

· Oversee the deployment and management of Cloud Load Balancing solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

· Provide expertise in AWS Networking to support cloud-based infrastructure and services.

· Manage and configure Cisco Catalyst SDWAN (Viptela) to enhance network efficiency and security.

· Implement and maintain Switching & Routing Cisco solutions to ensure seamless connectivity and data flow.

· Utilize Software Defined Networks to create flexible and scalable network environments.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with other IT systems and applications.

· Conduct regular network assessments to identify and address potential vulnerabilities and performance issues.

· Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations, processes, and procedures.

Desired Skills:

· Possess a deep understanding of Cloud Load Balancing and its application in large-scale environments.

· Demonstrate extensive experience with AWS Networking and related services.

· Have hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst SDWAN (Viptela) and its configuration.

· Show proficiency in Switching & Routing Cisco technologies.

· Exhibit strong knowledge of Software Defined Networks and their implementation.

Salary and Other Compensation:

  • The annual salary for this position is [$99,000 to $132,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
  • This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
