The Food & Beverage Manager plays a crucial role in our organization, overseeing all aspects of our dining and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
What you will do:
- Operational Oversight: Manage and coordinate all food and beverage operations within the hotel, ensuring high standards of service and operational excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Develop long-term strategies to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Staff Leadership: Lead hiring, training, and evaluation processes to build a high-performing F&B team.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with chefs and other stakeholders to create and update menus that reflect current trends and guest preferences.
- Inventory and Procurement: Oversee purchasing of supplies, manage inventory, and ensure cost control measures are in place.
- Supplier Coordination: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring efficient procurement and inventory management.
- Financial Management: Prepare budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.
- Guest Relations: Interact with guests to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns, and promote an exceptional dining experience.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to keep staff updated on service techniques, food and beverage offerings, and industry standards.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all food and beverages meet the hotel’s quality and presentation standards.
- Event Coordination: Work closely with event planners and other departments to coordinate food and beverage services for special events, private functions, and hotel promotions.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and local licensing regulations.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B management or similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine, spirits, and cocktails.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
- Strong financial acumen with a proven track record of managing budgets and controlling costs.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
