The Role

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the variation processes for our product portfolio. This position is critical to ensuring that all variations are executed in compliance with global regulatory standards, supporting the strategic goal of maintaining continuous supply and compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

Heres What Youll Do

Oversee Global Change Management Implementation Plan: Coordinate and manage the global regulatory change management plan, ensuring that all variations align with strategic business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Evaluate Impact on Supply Chain: Assess the impact of proposed process changes, deviations, and CAPAs on the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring seamless integration and no disruption to product distribution.

Ensure Compliance with Regulatory Filings: Maintain strict adherence to all aspects of global regulatory filings, ensuring stable supply positioning and compliance across all markets.

Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply organizations to support implementation plans.

Develop and Enhance Procedures: Create and implement procedures and systems for tracking change controls and managing global regulatory submissions/approvals more efficiently.

Heres What Youll Need (Minimum Qualifications)

Educational and Professional Experience: A Bachelors degree in a related field with at least 8-10 years of experience in CMC operations, regulatory affairs, or quality assurance within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

Regulatory and Quality Compliance Acumen: Understanding of global regulatory requirements and quality compliance standards related to product variations.

Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Ability to strategize, plan, and execute projects with a strong analytical capability to evaluate complex scenarios and data.

Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Skilled in communicating effectively across all levels of the organization and with external partners. Ability to negotiate and influence outcomes.

Adaptability and Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
