Job Title/High-Level Position Summary:

The primary purpose of this position is to lead the downstream marketing and drive the growth of the recovery sciences electrotherapy portfolio. Responsible for delivering top and bottom-line metrics through development of innovative marketing strategies and tactics. Develops specific marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena. Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies. Works with engineering, manufacturing and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).Wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

US Marketing plan:Develop annual marketing plan for the assigned product lineGain deep understanding of market, analyze US market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to develop marketing programs and tactics to drive growth of US business for assigned product line.Develop quarterly US POA strategy and tactics in guidance of Marketing Director and in partnership with sales and demand generation teamResponsible for delivering the US annual revenue and profitability target for assigned products.New Product DevelopmentLead and represent the marketing function on the NPD team for development of product through stage gate process including development of business case, positioning, claims, messaging, branding, and launch the product.Global Product managementResponsible for global product management for the assigned product including demand forecast, sales support, training, product lifecycle, and managing day-to-day product issues.Sales Enablement:Create go-to-market programs for new offerings, segments, and geographiesProactively identify customers success and bring those stories to life for use in marketingDevelop sales tools, training material, and presentations to support sales in team in effectively communicating and delivering product value propositionCustomer EngagementCollaborate with sales and customer support to gather customer and market
Minimum Basic Qualifications:

5-8+ years experience in US downstream medical device marketingExperience with Distributor Marketing (a strong plus)Medical Capital Equipment marketing experience (a plus)Sales Experience, (a plus)Proficiency in marketing analytic tools (Sales Force, Power BI, HubSpot etc)
Education:

Bachelor's Degree required. Preference for education n Physical Therapy, Athletic Training, Kinesiology or related field .MBA (plus)
Travel Requirements:

Must be able to travelTypical work-related travel assignments range 1-5 days, and as such overnight, out-of-town stays are required.
