The Hilton Portland Downtown is looking for a Valet Parking Attendant If you have a passion for customer service and have a kind and welcoming demeanor this may be the perfect opportunity for you

Find us in central downtown, less than one block from the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall and Pioneer Courthouse Square. Pioneer Place Mall, Portland Art Museum, Newmark Theatre, and several parks are within three blocks.

Classification: Full Time

Shift: All - must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Prior valet or driving experience Ability to drive stick/manual shift vehicles Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience 

What will I be doing?

As a Valet Parking Attendant, you would be responsible for greeting guests and transporting vehicles in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner Retrieve vehicle keys from and provide receipts to guests Transport guest vehicles to and from designated parking areas and the hotel driveway Assist guests with luggage Retrieve guest items from vehicles, as requested Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issue in a timely, friendly and efficient manner RequirementsWhat are we looking for?
