Prepares opinions and furnishes advice on a wide variety of ethics law issues, including post-employment restrictions, contact with prohibited sources, proper use of government resources including motor vehicles, military assets, and gift acceptance.
Provides assistance to military and civilian personnel engaged in professional, paralegal, and administrative duties related to administrative law and reviews their work product for accuracy and correctness.
Represents OSJA at all meetings regarding fiscal law, financial resource issues, and budget issues within the command.
Provides legal advice and counseling on all aspects of the complex acquisition process and the expenditure of government funds.
