  • Oversee the long-term growth strategy of Kate Spade’s Digital marketplace business specific to Amazon, ensuring alignment with the overall North America, E-Commerce, and Digital Media Strategy
  • Manage critical aspects of the online platform business including site merchandising, content development, and website performance to ensure clear and consistent brand message as well as a seamless customer journey and user experience
  • Oversee daily operations of a Brand Store to ensure a best-in-class e-commerce experience with a focus on driving revenue & KPI growth while consistently increasing brand value to users
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal cross-functional teams, marketplace vendors and external agencies to align on marketplace goals and deliver results
  • Leverage customer, product, and site performance data to enhance the customer experience and strategic direction and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Analyze advertising campaign metrics to develop short- and long-term actionable items to improve and optimize business KPIs
  • Collaborate with brand marketing and creative teams both in-house and with partner agencies to develop content that best represents the Kate Spade brand, promotes key initiatives, drives top-line sales, and engages in key beta test opportunities
  • Develop and manage the media investment strategy and budget for digital business, ensuring efficient use of resources to drive acquisition, ROAS and conversion
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, and best practices, and research new technologies to constantly improve site performance

  • 4+ years of professional experience, preferably in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or multichannel retail management
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, Poshmark, Ebay, etc.)
  • Strong ability to develop and execute strategic business plans, and ability to present to and influence across multiple business units
  • Data driven with ability to leverage analytics to provide insights and strategic recommendations
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage several projects with minimal oversight
