As a Program Analyst (Workload Planner/Project Management) at the full performance level, you will:

Lead and/or participate in WAPA-wide process improvement projects for workload and resource planning
Integrate preventative maintenance (PM) tasks, Maximo Service Requests (SR), training, and leave into the maintenance and construction schedule for a complete integrated schedule.
Work with project stakeholders and team leads to develop, track, update, and report on the overall integrated schedule for each PM task and maintenance and construction project in the Region's project portfolio ensuring minimal overlapping of resources as well as completion within established time limits.
Manage project teams comprised of functional experts, facilitate cooperation's between those who have various specialized knowledge and those who need it ensuring they understand and complete their respective project assignments, make tough trade-off decisions to ensure projects are completed within the established scope, schedule, and budget.
Provide leadership to the project team(s) of technical and functional experts; facilitate such activities as specify project baselines and technical objectives, develop a project and resource plan, establish cost and performance schedules with milestones, project tracking and reporting, provide project accountability and closure; and ensure that project team members and functional support organizations understand their respective responsibilities.
Be responsible for establishing, monitoring, and resolving trust fund accounts associated with power system facility alterations to ensure compliance with contract agreements and WAPA policy.
