Responsibilities: Your responsibilities as a Hospitality Team Member will include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
  • Greeting and assisting customers face-to-face with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Accepting registrations and providing information on classes and programs
  • Recommending appropriate classes for children based on their interests, needs, and experience
  • Scheduling and coordinating birthday parties, camps, and special events
  • Maintaining an organized, sanitary, and tidy lobby area for parents and children
  • Additional tasks and projects as assigned by leadership

Experience and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is a plus, but friendliness and competency are key charactertics
  • Basic computer skills are essential, while proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel as well as experience creating and customizing flyers/advertising is helpful
  • Flexibility to be scheduled/cover shifts during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
