Seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented individual for a busy General Contractor in Kelso, WA.

Essential Job Functions:
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and employees
• Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
• Sending and dispersing mail, UPS, FED EX etc.
• Ordering & maintaining all Office Supplies
• Running Errands (Banks, Office Supplies Etc.)
• Support Accounting Dept., Project Managers, Etc. in miscellaneous tasks
• Certified Payroll

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism and courtesy
• Works well with others and can multitask
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Microsoft word/ Excel/ Outlook
