Assists store management by overseeing the sales floor and operations of the store. Partners with store management to implement all corporate and store programs, practices and policies. Works with store staff to follow store merchandising standards and restock merchandise. Responsible for delivering an outstanding Origins Discovery service experience to every client resulting in achievement of sales goals.

Deliver an outstanding Origins Discovery service experience to every client:

  • Create a fun, warm and playful environment to encourage discovery.
  • Adapt/flex to custom-fit the discovery experience for clients based on their individual agenda, needs and shopping style.
  • Demonstrate products on clients (this includes hand/face demonstrations and mini facials)
  • Stay Connected with clients by actively using client registry tool (POS system, File Card on line, etc.) for phone calls, product launches, events and appointments
  • Deliver the highest levels of service to clients which will result in increased productivity Achieve business goals and follow standards:

    • Achieve sales goals and track performance against goals using the system provided
    • Present a positive attitude toward the Company, product and staff
    • Present a professional appearance and maintain Origins Dress Code and adhere to hygiene standards when demonstrating products and delivering services
    • Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all clients and staff members
    • Attend education workshops, meetings and complete eLearning as required
    • Adhere to policies and procedures of the store
    • Assist in the preparation and execution of cost effective events to generate additional sales
    • Assist in the preparation and completion of accurate physical inventory as requested
    • Follow and implement all corporate visual presentation standards and guidelines
    • Enforce and maintain the highest visual standards, including displays, signage, lighting and props
    • Solicit and communicate product feedback from staff and clients to team leader
    • Assist in the flow of merchandise from stock areas to the selling floor in a timely and organized manner Business Management:

      • Maintain clean, safe sales and stock areas and resolve maintenance issues on a timely basis
      • Communicate store and individual sales goals and hold staff accountable for results in accordance with Origins business objectives and service expectations
      • Manage time, establish priorities and delegate effectively to meet goals and objectives
      • Manage loss prevention procedures and security policies
      • Effectively open and close the store following company policy and procedures Qualifications

        Qualifications

      • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Retail experience required; Cosmetic experience preferred
  • Outgoing and engaging personality that is team oriented
Must enjoy selling and providing customer service Ability to manage time well Must be flexible regarding work hours including evenings and weekends Ability to be moderately physical including lifting and moving materials; Required to stand on feet for most of the day Anticipated Hourly Range $17.15 to $28.58 (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget). In addition, the Company maintains highly competitive incentive compensation programs (role eligibility may vary based on terms of the respective plan(s). Job: Retail - Store
