    Job Description

    Quality Engineer responsibilities:

  • Product Development / New Product Introduction experience
Maintain and improve quality management systems.Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards.Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.Ensure product and process compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.Manage non-conformance reporting and corrective action processes.Lead continuous improvement initiatives for quality and efficiency.Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics.Conduct supplier quality audits and manage supplier quality issues.Prepare and present quality reports to management and customers.

The Successful Applicant

Successful candidate for the Quality Engineer:

Strong knowledge of ISO/AS9100 standards and quality management systems.NPD / NPIProven experience in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to conduct and manage internal and supplier audits.Solid background in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Experience in managing non-conformance reports and quality metrics.Attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
