Role Overview:
As the Digital Project Manager, you'll manage and enhance PBR's digital projects and products. Your role will involve coordinating the product development lifecycle, collaborating with various internal and external teams, and ensuring our web and mobile applications meet business goals while delivering topnotch user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management: 
  • Collaborate with the Director of Digital Operations to define product vision, requirements, enhancements, timelines, and budget. 
  • Work with internal teams to oversee the design, development, and implementation of digital products that align with business objectives. 
  • Develop project roadmaps, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of new builds and features. 
  • Communicate project updates and delegate tasks effectively to team members. 
  • Train team members on new features and tools. 
  • Create and maintain support documentation, including risk logs and requirement specifications. 
  • Identify and address potential risks, bugs, and issues proactively. 
  • Ensure legal compliance with cookie usage, accessibility, privacy, consent and pixel implementation, consulting with legal advisors as needed. 
  • Develop an understanding of our API structures and liaise with third-party vendors. 
Content Management: 
  • Update and manage website and app content, including events, ticketing, graphics, schedules, and more.  
  • Build and update landing pages for marketing campaigns and other purposes. 
  • Ensure optimal performance of the website's Chat Bot and monitor/report on intent trends 
  • Manage internal and sponsored banner placement on website. 
  • Update rosters, logos, imagery, and other content related to teams, riders, and bulls. 
  • Collaborate with the Web Content Manager and Editorial Team on content updates, including rotators, videos, and photo galleries. 
  • Create, monitor and export submissions from Jotforms  International Digital Support: 
  • Assist international teams in Canada, Australia, and Brazil with site updates, sponsorship placements, and general maintenance. 
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: 
  • Lead our live event product monitoring in an effort to better optimize digital product performance, and identify bugs during our events. 
  • Monitor and report mid-flight sponsorship fulfillment risks for our partnership team as well as provide routine milestone or post campaign performance reports via Google Analytics. 
  • Generate and analyze reports related to QR code use and Google Analytics metrics for product enhancements and campaign evaluations. 
  • Assist with A/B testing and reporting for site performance  
Required Qualifications: 
  • Proven experience as a digital project manager. 
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and HTML/CSS. 
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Ad Manager. 
  • Understanding of SEO best practices. 
  • Solid technical background with strong communication skills for working with web developers and designers. 
  • Ability to address accessibility, privacy, and compatibility issues. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a relevant field. 
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Experience with product management. 
  • Proficiency in project management software. 
  • Experience with Umbraco CMS and OneTrust. 
  • Knowledge of domain purchasing, redirects, governance, and DNS management. Education & Experience: 
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, digital marketing or relevant field. 
  • Experience in sports/entertainment industry a plus
