We are looking for senior Windows System Administrator with at least 10+ years overall IT experience for an immediate need. This is a client-facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.

This is an Onsite position with 5 days presence to client location- Framingham, Massachusetts- USA. Interested applicants, must be ready to relocate to the client location, if not local to - Framingham, MA- USA

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in supporting & triaging for local Lab user issues related to global & local application, global & local infrastructure components (network, servers, etc.) and industrial devices (lab & shopfloor workstations, tablets, printers, barcode scanners)
  • Fix incidents & fulfillment of service requests, escalate to the appropriate expert groups & perform any required hands & feet in coordination with Global AIMS Team
  • Proven experience assessing client’s workloads and technology landscape for infrastructure discovery and assessments
  • Provide recommendations to client on deployment of new features
  • Build and Manage requests on ITSM tool for Client critical issue management, customer management
  • Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer
  • Troubleshoot issues with End-to-End server.

Desired Skills:

· 10+ years overall IT experience with at least 6-9 years in Windows Administration.

· Windows, VMware- Mandatory, 6-9 years of hands-on experience,

· HCI, VDI - Citrix Cloud, Datacenter, SAN, NAS, DAS, RAID- Candidate should have 6–9-year experience in all these.
