The University of Wisconsin Department of Anesthesiology is seeking an anesthesiologist with fellowship training in critical care medicine to provide coverage in the ICUs, with a focus on the cardiothoracic ICU. The incoming provider must be board-certified or board-eligible in critical care anesthesia.
Opportunity Highlights
- ICU team cares for a wide range of acuity, including routine cardiac surgery, complex aortic reconstruction, heart and lung transplants, VADs, and ECMO
- Tremendous flexibility in ICU and OR anesthesia care, depending on your interests (e.g., cardiac or liver transplant anesthesia)
- Ample opportunity for faculty to participate in clinical, translational, and basic science research activities
