- Ensuring compliance with customer specifications and company requirements
- Observing all functions are completed on time and within budget
- Assist, coach, evaluate, and improve performance of regional service/installation technicians
- Collaborate with management to achieve regional labor sales goals
- Ensure service technicians are maintaining time and attendance reporting requirements while scheduling vacation time in consideration of assigned work
- Oversee the professional training of service technicians
- Coordinate/conduct regularly scheduled meetings with all service personnel
- Ensure high customer service satisfaction rates

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
