Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze tire problems and advise solutions
  • Answer incoming calls and manage customer inquiries
  • Assign tasks to service employees
  • Assist with store inventory management
  • Assist in Shop to maintain production
  • Follow and collect past due accounts
  • Ensure service employees are properly trained
  • Maintain a clean workspace
  • Additional tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Management and sales experience preferred
  • Previous tire experience strongly preferred
  • Automotive/mechanical skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to maintain driving record to Pomp's Tire Service standards
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers
  • Ability to read and verify work order information
