Job Responsibilities:
- Manage production related issues including training plant personnel, implement company wage and disciplinary policies, schedule and assure adequate level of trained employees and performance, maintain morale and safety.
- Assist in meeting the requirements of the department, including budget preparation and operation as a profit center for the company.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable company, federal and state safety and occupational regulations.
- Purchase production supplies as needed.
- Perform garment and consumable stock inventory management.
- Assist the Managers in the operation of the facility and such other responsibilities as may be assigned.

Qualifications
Job Qualification Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Two year degree in an appropriate background or equivalent experience preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish/English required.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures or government regulations.
- Generating reports, business correspondence and effectively presenting information to colleagues/customers.
- Basic computer knowledge, be versed or capable of learning popular software programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Valid non-commercial driver's license.
