We are seeking a Franchise Integration Manager to play a key engagement role within Hasbro/Wizards of the Coast Digital Games Group (DGG) and across internal and external partners This role combines a strategic, analytical approach with excellent communication abilities and a passion for innovation and optimization. The ideal candidate will develop then strengthen seamless operational workflows, driving and supporting collaboration across projects, integrating new process improvements, and fostering cross-functional alignment on brand initiatives.

The Franchise Integration Manager excels at clear communication regarding project status, identifying risks measured by impact and severity, and recommending mitigation strategies and potential opportunities to facilitate alignment and mutual success. This role will support product delivery by partnering with group leads, ensuring that resources and support are available to successfully achieve shared goals.
What You’ll Do:

-Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive, multi-year, strategic roadmaps that facilitate seamless brand integration between consumer products and digital gaming, aligning with established business goals and critical metrics.
-Conduct regular touchpoints with studio leadership, group leads and partners to ensure ongoing alignment with goals, initiatives, and priorities.
-Partner to identify potential risks, dependencies or communication gaps in existing operational workflows while providing potential mitigation strategies to optimize efficiency and drive productivity.
-Develop, implement and supervise standardized reporting processes, communication channels and operational workflows to ensure compliance, consistency and effectiveness across all relevant collaborators.
-Actively engage with partners for informational updates, aligning on strategic product roadmap initiatives and critical metrics, facilitating project reviews as required.
-Through various partnerships, collaborate and implement data-informed strategies to drive consumer acquisition, community engagement and monetization for new product launches.
-Play a pivotal role in managing organizational systems and change, such as facilitating smooth onboarding initiatives, clearing technological hurdles experienced by external developers and contractors, tracking prioritization and requests from partner groups, and promoting employee engagement to drive successful outcomes.
-Research then implement a portfolio management system to supervise the brand integration of consumer products and digital gaming, tracking the shared requirements, project schedules, vendor/contractor agreements and key results and dependencies between teams.
-Organize and conduct quarterly debriefs across the relevant project teams to generate discussion on how to improve existing processes and workflows.
-Foster a trusting, inclusive and encouraging team environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, idea exchange, mutual understanding and dedication.
-Establish and maintain positive, productive relationships with external suppliers, ensuring seamless coordination and maximizing value.
-Collaborate on developing DGG Studio Operations financial and resource plans to provide optimal resource allocation and management for digital gaming products.What You'll Bring:

-10 or more years of proven experience in leadership roles supporting cross-functional teams in the creation and delivery of complex projects and initiatives
-Demonstrated experience in managing projects, detailed planning and implementation, and optimizing processes
-A solid understanding of digital product development, production and customer engagement systems
-Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of working effectively with individuals with diverse perspectives and facilitate collaboration
-Familiarity with WotC/Hasbro Brands IPs, digital gaming platforms, market trends, business models and consumer preferences
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-An analytical mentality with the ability to identify problems, evaluate alternatives and propose practical solutions
-Strong organizational and project management skills
-Experience working with teams including Development, Production, Licensing, Publishing, Legal, Finance, Marketing, HR and external partners in Gaming or Entertainment
-A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or equivalent training and professional experienceCompensation Range, Currency USD:
Starting Pay Range: $117,440

Pay Range End: $197,160

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation range for this role. The range listed is just one component of Wizards of the Coast’s total compensation package for employees.
