Job Summary
Job Description
- Develop, manage, and execute all special events in the WFC under the direction of the Sr. Director, Fan Experience and Special Events, including but not limited to Team Events, Season Ticket Member Events, Staff Engagement and Culture Events, and In-Game events and initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales departments on revenue-generating events
- Serve as lead for coordinating with creative on all print and design requests
- Helping to manage department finances
- Assist marketing in talking points for renewal and sales events
- Generate event ideas and staff initiatives
- Work directly with Direct Marketing to create guest invitation and communication process
- Provide support day to day projects as well as larger events
- Serve as lead for hockey merchandise ordering for autographs
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university with major course work in hospitality, or other related field
- Some event or hospitality experience required
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required
- Prior experience collaborating with internal/external companies and venues to coordinate events
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language required
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and project management skills required
- Superior problem-solving and multitasking skills required
- An impressive conceptual outlook and ability to produce original ideas
- Ability to work nights, weekends and select holidays, in addition to traditional business hours, is required

Salary:
Base Pay: $10.00
