REQUIREMENTS

Exceptional full-stack engineering skills, with 1-4 years experience (top recent grads welcome) Experience with (or strong interest in) LLMs, RAG, NLP or voice technologies Versatile skill set - excited to wear many hats across backend, frontend, research, product. We're looking for engineers who can:

INTERESTING TECHNICAL CHALLENGES 

Advanced LLM Engineering: Implement and fine-tune state-of-the-art language models for healthcare-specific tasks. You'll work on challenges like medical entity recognition, symptom extraction, and context-aware response generation. Scalable Real-time AI Systems: Design and build high-performance, low-latency infrastructure for real-time AI applications. You'll optimize for quick response times crucial in medical conversations while ensuring system reliability at scale. AI Safety and Robustness: Implement techniques to ensure AI model reliability and safety in healthcare contexts. This involves working on challenges like out-of-distribution detection, uncertainty quantification, and fail-safe mechanisms. Continuous Learning Systems: Design and implement systems for ongoing model updates and improvements based on new data, ensuring the AI remains current with the latest conversation patterns and clinical protocols. Explainable AI for Healthcare: Develop methods to make AI decision-making processes transparent and interpretable, a critical feature for building trust with healthcare customers.
