Position Overview
Culligan seeks a coachable, reliable, and ambitious individual to fill a Manager Trainee role. This position involves a career track to become the General Manager.
Responsibilities
Show up ready to learn and improve skills necessary to become the General Manager
Consistently administer company policies and procedures within the branch (invoicing, scheduling, and account setup)
Assign, schedule, and review all daily service work, deliveries, and warehouse activities
Respond promptly to all customer inquiries, including any negative customer situations
Maintain an organized and neat warehouse
Qualifications
Coachable, ambitious, and reliable
No degree or specific experience is required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
Professional phone etiquette
