Responsibilities include checking guests in and out, creating reservations, answering requests either via phone or face-to-face, monitoring the front desk and retail shop, and other duties as assigned. EOE.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Smile, have fun and be energetic
  • Receiving assigned section, keys, supplies and any priority room requests.
  • Turning in keys and unused supplies at the end of each shift.
  • Responding to guest requests and reporting guest issues in a hospitable manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Properly storing any lost items and reporting any damage or maintenance problems to the shift supervisor.
  • Checking in and checking out guests

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Must possess strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform basic duties in an efficient manner.
  • Customer-oriented approach and patience.
  • Responsible and trustworthy.
  • Attention to cleanliness and safety.
  • Ability to work productively with other associates as part of a team.
  • Ability to work without constant, direct supervision.
  • Ability to work a flexible work week including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Part-time 

Salary: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Evening shift
  • Holidays
  • Weekends
