Program Manager

Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables. Develop and execute project plans including resource allocation budgeting and scheduling. Monitor project progress identify potential risks or issues and develop contingency plans to mitigate them. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements assess needs and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes. Conduct regular meetings with team members to provide guidance support and performance feedback. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages innovation teamwork and professional growth. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements related to DRSN systems. Prepare and present reports status updates and project documentation to senior management.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Business or a scientific or technical discipline. Alternatively 10 years of relevant experience in the field. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a team of DRSN professionals and overseeing the daily operation of a complex DRSN system. At least 7 years of work experience working on complex DRSN systems and peripheral equipment. Proven track record of at least 5 years as a Program or Project Manager demonstrating successful project
