Your responsibilities will include handling Calls for new patients, data entry, and assisting with prescription management from start to finish. You’ll be cross-trained to work in various areas of the front-end pharmacy, making a significant impact on patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry for prescriptions.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls.

  • Manage prescription intake, including inputting information accurately.

  • Work with phone inquiries, including clarifying prescriptions and resolving issues.

  • Assist with prescription refills and manual resolutions.

  • Collaborate with other retail stores for prescription transfers.

  • Contribute to all aspects of front-end pharmacy operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Registered Pharmacy Technician (CPhT certification preferred).

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

  • Experience with order entry and prescription management.

  • Familiarity with call center operations.

  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.

  • Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is required.
