Brightspeed is looking for a Market Specialist to join our team The Market Specialist will be responsible for market growth and cost optimization initiatives in the Springfield, MO market, specifically related to achieving cost effective customer installs. In addition, the candidate will perform other market-specific duties as instructed and will be a key collaborator with operations, buried service wire team, marketing strategy, and the billing team.
As A Market Specialist, Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Use a variety of data sources including lead lists, installation calendars, maps and other data to help guide sales efforts to critical addresses within an urgent timeframe Develop methods and procedures for communicating opportunities to marketing and sales teams and processes for reporting and tracking accountability Build manual reporting to track and measure installation costs and associated customers acquired to ensure an accurate understanding of our cost to connect. Analyze data and recommend operational improvements to drive optimal customer experience, growth and/or cost efficiencies Review data to proactively help target cost effective buried service installs Drive, guide and provide quality assurance around the process for COR team contacts of customers who only qualify for service with a One Time Charge for construction Cross functional collaboration with sales and marketing in support of growth campaigns Operational support for address qualification correction requests Other support initiatives as directedQualifications:
Qualifications
What It Yakes To Catch Our Eye: ****
3+ years of experience in a Customer Support Role 3+ years of experience in operations around fiber sales Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with COR, Ops, Strategy & Sales Strong organizational and tracking skills Intricate understanding of the value chain across multiple functions: operations, dispatch, fiber build construction, address validation, and sales ordering systemsBonus Points For:
