Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to hotel operations, customer behavior, market trends, marketing, and financial performance. Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with senior management to identify business opportunities and challenges. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.

Revenue Management:

Analyze pricing strategies and occupancy rates to optimize revenue. Support the development and implementation of revenue management strategies.

Customer Insights:

Conduct customer segmentation analysis to identify target markets and tailor marketing strategies. Monitor and analyze guest feedback to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Operational Efficiency:

Identify areas for operational improvement and cost savings. Implement data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity across hotel operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analytics, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry. Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and driving business performance. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI). Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling. Strong understanding of hotel operations and revenue management principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior management. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
