Unleash Your Potential as a Reporting & Analytics Associate Director for HR Technology

Are you ready to make a global impact? Join our HR Technology Team as a Reporting & Analytics Associate Director You’ll be at the forefront of business process and technology leadership, to guide and support across systems that empower Reporting & People Analytics.

Our team is the driving force behind our integrated HCM platform, Workday. As a key player, you’ll design and implement business processes, configure technology to meet HR business needs, and be the catalyst for change. Our HR Technology team drives the strategy and provides the technical solutions to support the business needs of both HR and the broader organization and is a key link between the HR Centers of Expertise and IT.

The key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Partner with People Analytics and COE process owners and other key collaborators to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the functional area and recommend technology solutions that enable the area to achieve its goals
  • Be responsible for and maintain Workday and other system configurations; serve as functional and technical expert
  • Continually research the reporting & analytics technology landscape including Workday roadmap, platform extensions, and alternative solutions.
  • Identify, recommend and monitor process improvements, consolidation, and/or standardization
  • Configure and test reporting & analytics enhancements as required for system changes and upgrades/releases; identify, communicate, and remediate any cross-functional impacts including other business processes and HR Shared Service
  • Maintain documentation of functional area business processes as supported by the technology
  • Provide support for user inquiries or incidents raised to HR Technology team
  • Support regular review and prioritization of HR systems projects
  • Handle vendor relationship for function-specific technologies outside of Workday as required
  • Assist in the development of organizational change, communication and training plans
  • Partner with IT to review and test applicable system integrations as required
  • Actively engage with Workday Community - staying ahead of Workday releases and influencing positive change

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Human Resources or related field
    • 5 or more years of experience in Human Resources, Business Analysis, Information Systems, or a related field

      Additional Skills/Preferences

      • Workday HCM and/or other HR technology experience
      • HR COE and/or business partnership experience
      • HR business process knowledge for the area supported
      • Strong analytical capabilities coupled with business acuity needed to proactively solve problems facing the organization
      • High agility to learn, interest in technology, and tolerance for change
      • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to talk to all levels of the organization
      • Detail oriented with high degree of accuracy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing are vital
      • Self-starter, independent worker with a proactive working style
      • Ability to navigate change effectively always mindful of technology, business processes, and systems implications
      • Excellent writing skills for generating clear, concise release notes and documentation
