The Batcher is responsible for preparing and mixing appropriate ingredients required to produce finished syrup for KDP’s line of beverages while maintaining KDP’s high standards in safety and quality. This role will also be engaged in complying with and understanding the manufacturing processes to lead in the improvement of safety, quality, delivery, productivity and growth.

 

Shift & Schedule: This is a full time position on 2nd shift. Starting at 2pm and working 8-10 hours. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as scheduled is required. 

 

Position Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe and healthy environment, demonstrating safe behaviors at all timesUnderstand and help drive improvements to quality systems and policies (Quality Data System, Safe Quality Food, Good Manufacturing Practices. and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points)Collaborate with production team members to maintain continuous flow of syrup to the linesMix and blend ingredients to create various batches.Learn to safely and efficiently operate batching equipment including set up, operation, and sanitationEnsure food safety through quality checks and accurate record keepingInventory and control ingredients and receive sugarGenerate productivity and continuous improvement ideasDemonstrate KDP values of Team First, Deliver Big, Think Bold, Being Fearless and Fair
