Job Description

As a Marketing Assistant at Ward Law Group PLLC, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include attending local events, setting up for these events, promoting our brand, and building engagement with our audience. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure our brand is represented consistently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend local events to represent and promote Ward Law Group PLLC
  • Assist in the planning, organization, and setup of marketing events.
  • Engage with event attendees to build relationships and promote our brand.
  • Distribute promotional materials and communicate our brand’s message effectively.
  • Assist in social media promotion and content creation related to events.
  • Gather feedback from events to improve future marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and successful event execution.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in marketing, event planning, or related fields is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and take initiative.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and engaging with large groups.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and basic marketing tools is preferred.
