Description

Hilton Atlanta is looking to welcome a Service Ambassador to join the team 

Find our hotel in downtown Atlanta, near I-75, and within six blocks of attractions, including Centennial Olympic Park and the Georgia Aquarium. State Farm Arena and Mercedes-Benz Stadium are a mile away and we’re connected via skywalk to Peachtree Center and MARTA, linking to ATL airport.

Our ideal candidate would have at least 1-2 years of customer service experience and flexibility with all shifts. 

Shift Pattern: Full Availability and Flexibility (AM/MID/PM) Weekdays, weekends and holidays as needed.

What will I be doing?

As a Service Ambassador, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning projects as needed Deliver items requested by the Room Attendants through our phone app system Directly connect with the guests regarding items Greet guests in a friendly manner Stock and maintain supply rooms, as needed Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (for example: mattress flipping, furniture moves, etc.), as needed Other projects as needed  Requirements
