The Role:
As the Head of Employer Branding & DEI Recruitment, you will lead a small but mighty team, playing a key role in executing the Celonis Employer Branding Strategy both internally and externally to ensure Celonis is seen as an employer of choice with the right focus in our diversity hiring initiatives. Additionally you will serve as the main point of contact across all of our People and Culture internal communications and campaigns, helping to connect all the dots.
We are looking for an effective communicator, an expert in stakeholder management, and someone who has experience partnering with the broader People and Culture team to drive clear messaging and implement strategic initiatives.

The work you'll do:

  • Lead and develop our Celonis Employer Branding team
  • Execute the Celonis employer brand strategy to amplify the company as employer of choice within the tech market
  • Activate and bring to life the Celonis Employer Value Proposition so that Celonauts have a sense of belonging and understanding of the benefits offered to them
  • Develop comprehensive internal People and Culture and Talent team integrated communication strategies that drive employee engagement in support of business goals
  • Lead the awards strategy for Celonis People and Culture awards
  • Partner with our Corporate Marketing teams to develop key messages, employee stories and content that will attract and retain top talent.
  • Execute integrated branding campaigns across a variety of platforms with the goal to attract and engage top talent across the industry
  • Partner with our newly formed People & Culture Program office to bring awareness to our Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
  • Support the development, delivery and adoption of Talent Acquisition DEI Projects and programs
  • Partnering with our Diversity Business Resource Groups from a Hiring perspective
  • Source and manage diversity partnerships who will help us increase the number of underrepresented candidates in our applicant pools
  • Lead our DEI outreach and events strategy and serve as the main point of contact for our external partners
  • Partner with our Talent leadership team to create clear and specific recruiting plans to ensure we are attracting underrepresented candidates to Celonis and converting to interviews and hires as well as developing and promoting diverse talents internally
  • Provide Meaningful data analysis, influencing and storytelling



The qualifications you need: .

  • Experience working in Employer Branding for global technology companies
  • Demonstrated experience launching Employer Value Proposition campaigns internally and externally
  • Expertise in Employer Branding, Talent Marketing and Diversity Recruitment
  • Proven experience managing and developing a team, with ability to handle a fast-paced environment and ambitious workload
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Record of successful delivery of objectives via collaboration / indirect leadership of individuals and teams on projects for whom you do not have formal management responsibility
  • Previous experience developing company awards strategies with demonstrated success
  • Experience managing HR internal communications for a global company
  • Experience building Diversity talent attraction strategies as well as experience managing diversity outreach partnerships
  • Demonstrated ability to work internationally and in virtual teams
  • Extensive project management experience with the use of online project management and collaboration tools such as Monday
  • Experience managing a global budget
