Join Our Team at Pakalolo - SE Portland’s Neighborhood Dispensary

Location: 15th and Holgate, just adjacent to the Tri Met Max Orange Line
Position: Part-Time Budtender (Closing Shifts)
Hours: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM (with our business closing at 9:30 PM)

Guaranteed Hours: 20 hours per week, with potential for additional hours as we grow.
Start Date: ASAP

About Us: Pakalolo has been a cornerstone of the Portland community since 2014. With new ownership as of January and a fresh renovation underway, we're committed to becoming the neighborhood’s favorite destination for all things cannabis. We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our locally-owned, small-business. We value and take pride in great products, affordable prices, and our team of friendly, knowledgeable budtenders.

Qualifications:
* Must be available to work some or all weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
* OLCC Marijuana Worker’s Permit required
* Previous experience in the cannabis industry preferred
* Strong understanding of and adherence to State program regulations
* Minimum age of 21 as per state law
* Valid State-issued ID or Driver’s License
* Ability to provide documentation for employment eligibility in the U.S.
* Excellent customer service skills, with a positive attitude and a proactive approach
* Exceptional integrity, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset
* Reliable transportation to and from work
* Attention to detail and eagerness to learn about our products and cannabis therapies
* Friendly demeanor with a strong desire to contribute positively to the Pakalolo team
Responsibilities:
* Adhere to cash handling procedures and accurate financial transactions
* Maintain accurate product inventory counts
* Follow standard security protocols
* Adapt to new technologies and procedural changes
* Ensure customers receive the products they need and a welcoming experience
* Keep the sales floor well-stocked and the store environment inviting and safe
Compensation:
* Starting pay at $18/hour, plus cash tips and performance-based bonuses
