Contract Duration: 12+ Months
Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of strong experience in creating Tableau reports, report optimization and modeling. Familiarity with risk management frameworks, industry standards and financial industry regulatory requirements. Intermediate/advanced Excel – scrubbing & manipulate data; pivot tables, macros, formulas, calculations for each product they own. Risk management experience (i.e., Embedded controls team – CAPS, REs, risk technology area). Experience in technology Risk management, familiarity with RM acumen. Financial services experience. Experience in database and middleware technologies (Oracle, SQL Server). Advanced knowledge of business processes, systems and tools used in the risk and controls environment with a focus on PowerBI and Tableau. Ability to identify opportunities, assess needs, conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, synthesize insights and provide recommendations. Proficiency at communicating business risk status that is relevant to stakeholders and appropriate prioritization for remediation. Able to create good visualizations. What You Will Be Doing Design/create Tableau dashboards for the team to assist with path to green initiatives. Maintain visual dashboards they’re creating in Tableau. Build out dashboards to create meaningful data. In Tableau, merge a lot of data sets: will run queries to pull data from multiple spreadsheets. Update the reports & dashboards on a regular basis, adding new widgets, etc.
