Summary

This position is in the Office of Policy, Preparedness, and Readiness Assurance (NA-41) within the Office of the Associate Administrator for Emergency Management (NA-40). The Associate Administrator reports to the Administrator for National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA).



Duties

As a Supervisory Emergency Management Specialist, you will:

  • Develop policy options and prepare, manage, and approve policy interpretations, instructions, and guidance on emergency management.
  • Lead committees and working groups to foster relationships with the emergency management enterprise. This includes collaboration across the inter- and intra-agency.
  • Develop and implement short-and long range plans for emergency management programs, to include making recommendations and decisions on resources.
