The town of Lenox is seeking qualified, intrinsically motivated candidates for the position of Land Use Director. The Lenox Land Use Department protects the quality of life of the residents of the town of Lenox and the natural environment through implementation and enforcement of the community’s standards for land use management and development while identifying opportunities to incorporate best sustainability, housing and climate resilience practices into municipal activities and policies. The Director participates in the design, construction and significant repair or improvement of present or future town assets, including the built environment, open space and recreation resources.
