We are experiencing a growing demand in the United States for helping clients with their end-to-end transformations and are looking for talented consultants with a passion for and experience in the field of professional finance.

Implement Consulting Group is a 27-year-old consultancy rooted in Scandinavia with our first U.S. office in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Our U.S. team is like a “start-up,” and we are looking for people who are not afraid of leaning in, working with a high degree of autonomy and helping us build a world-class consultancy in the U.S.
With 1,500+ consultants in the U.S. and Europe, we work closely with our clients on complex transformation projects that allow us to leverage and deploy our diverse, cross-functional expertise to deliver sustainable change and long-lasting impact.

Experienced consultants in finance transformations
We are looking for consultants who can build partnerships with clients, collaborate across functional expertise areas to catalyse transformations and drive projects from vision to actual sustainable change.
Our finance-related projects typically include the development of a new finance strategy, top- and bottom-line improvements, performance management solutions, OTC and S2P transformations, the establishment of organisational excellence and training programs as well as optimisation of tools, data and processes.

You must be flexible, collaborative and able to work independently under rapidly changing conditions. We also pay great attention to surrounding ourselves with teammates who are empathetic and genuinely enjoy working with people from all walks of life.
Moreover, we are looking for candidates that:
- Have a minimum of 3-5 years in management consulting, ideally combined with relevant industry experience.
- Hold a relevant academic degree with an excellent record.
- Have proven project management skills and experience with a collaborative approach to client engagement.
- Have significant experience with problem-solving in a professional setting.
- Have experience in a dedicated finance team or with transformation projects of a financial nature.
- Are more passionate about leading with purpose and creating impact than deliverables.
