Position Summary/Purpose:

Minnwest is seeking an individual for a full-time Retail Services & Operations Specialist position at any of our Minnwest locations. Position is responsible for supporting retail services and operations for all branches within Minnwest. Position is accountable to ensure that all retail services and operations are delivered at the highest possible level by providing support and documentation of all retail policies and procedures. This position will generally be a retail deposit platform administrator. This position may require travel.

Minimum Requirements 

  • High school diploma
  • Retail banking experience
  • Dependable, organized, team player with a positive attitude
  • Willing to continuously learn and grow within the organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 
 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of Retail Banking experience
  • Ability to think strategically and foster high ethical standards in executing on the bank's purpose, mission, value and goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling effective interaction with all levels of employees and customers
  • Ability to work with all levels of management
  • Team oriented with ability to establish priorities, motivate self and others, maintain momentum and meet deadlines
  • Proficient user of office software and equipment used in conjunction with sales management accountabilities

 

Working Conditions: Work indoors in a standard office environment. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. May involve traveling for training or meetings.
