JOB SUMMARY:  The Commission Analyst plays a pivotal role within the Sales and Finance teams by ensuring commission earnings and payments are processed accurately and timely. This position requires a blend of accounting and finance knowledge, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least one year of related experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Prepare accurate commission earnings, including calculation and verification.
  • Address inquiries and process adjustments related to commissions effectively.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and commission statements for review.
  • Ensure sales incentives and reporting hierarchies are validated for alignment.
  • Assist in implementing system changes and identify process improvement opportunities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities.
