Sr Product Delivery Associate-Roadmap

Our focus is on delivering effective software solutions for employees servicing JPMC customers, with over 66 million customers serviced and 100,000 employees using our software firm-wide.
As a Senior Product Delivery Associate within the Consumer and Community Banking Operations Service Product Strategy Team, you are entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring the stable and scalable delivery of products. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, establishing key relationships, and facilitating the continuous delivery of value through our products. This position will provide you with exposure to critical processes within the Service Product Group, focusing on the development of product-wide processes, management of agile backlog and roadmap, and particularly on managing relationships and dependencies across different products.
Job responsibilities
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area Demonstrated experiences driving projects requiring analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Strong communication skills - both written & verbal - with ability to quickly solve problems and present ideas and results to multiple stakeholders; superior verbal and interpersonal skills Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities Experience in product deployment processes
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience or aptitude with project management software like Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence Data Analysis and reporting experience, ability to review data sets and provide concise and digestible reports for various audience Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle Comfort with Microsoft suite of tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and OneDrive
