Provides information and training to the professional staff regarding access to the BAMC clinics by civilian trauma patients.
Provides timely feedback to BAMC professional clinical staff for civilian trauma patients’ expiration of care deadlines and procedures for requesting an extension of care should it be needed.
Responsible for preparing and submitting monthly civilian trauma summary reports for Command and the Office of the Secretary of the Army.
Incumbent is available to perform quality management and regulatory compliance inspections with documented results.
Incumbent provides suggestions for improvement.
