  • Bucks In-Season: Stadium Set-Up and Tear-Down; Concessions Assistant Manager; Delivery of High Level of Customer Service
  • Bucks Off-Season: Stadium & Grounds Management; Hiring Game Day Staff
Job Responsibilities:
  • Stadium Operations
    • Assist with management of stadium set-up and tear down for all events at Riverfront Stadium
    • Oversee management of post-event stadium cleaning, and hourly cleaning crew
    • Assist with oversight of stadium grounds including playing field and areas in and around the ballpark
    • Stadium start-up in the spring and shut down in the fall
    • Assist with general stadium maintenance
  • Concessions Operations
    • Assist with management of concessions for all events at Riverfront Stadium
    • Help make concessions purchases through approved vendors
    • Assist in maintaining and tracking inventory
  • Staffing
    • Assist in hiring of game day concessions and stadium operations staff when applicable
    • Assist with scheduling and train of concessions staff
    • Oversee scheduling and training of stadium operations staff
    • Be a part of overseeing and training interns
  • Assist Cedar Rapids operations with stadium operational/concessions operational support as needed
  • Other Duties as Assigned
  • Misc.:
    • Maintain Normal Business Hours
      • 9-5 M-F
      • During season game day 9 am though end of game
      • Non-game day during season 9-5
      • Expect to work weekends and all events
      • Serve as site manager for stadium events when applicable
      • Manual labor expected for season and game preparation and to assist as needed
