As the Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a direct point of contact for customers. You will ensure that customers receive exceptional service or assistance with their questions and concerns. You will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and resolve complaints.
To thrive Customer Service Representative, you should have:
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.Minimum of two years of customer interaction experience.Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with solid listening abilities.Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to quality standards (AS9100/IS9100).Your responsibilities will include utilizing your skills and talents to perform the following successfully:
