Role Summary:

Lead and manage Housekeeping (Style) department. Maintain customer satisfaction and exceed guest expectations in comfort, cleanliness, and service.

Responsibilities:

Manage the Housekeeping (Style) department consisting of Housekeepers (Stylists), Public Area Attendants, Houseperson and Laundry Attendants. Demonstrate Concord and Renaissance brand values in daily leadership, maintaining a positive, effective, and efficient environment. Select, train, supervise, develop, and counsel associates. Schedule the department to business volume. Manage and approve time and attendance. Analyze financial and operating information on an ongoing basis, to adjust labor, supplies, materials, and other costs to achieve budget. Prepare and adhere to departmental budget. Purchase all basic cleaning supplies, linen, and equipment. Ensure tasks are being completed safely to prevent workplace injuries or accidents. Maintain inventory by routinely inspecting rooms, public areas, and laundry facilities. Conduct routine audits to meet internal and brand audit standards. Coordinate and collaborate with other hotel leaders routinely pertaining to guest needs, operational practices, and safety. Inspect guest rooms, linen rooms, public areas, and offices to ensure housekeeping is maintained. Perform duties of direct reports, as needed. Other duties as required.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Prior housekeeping management experience. Flexible availability is required (including weekends).

Compensation:

The starting annual pay for this position is $60,000 depending on experience.
