- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and DevOps.
- Proven ability to recruit, organize, and lead engineering teams.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar engineering leadership role within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of software development and architecture.
- Extensive experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, lead, and develop engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to translate customer requirements into actionable plans.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and DevOps practices.
