Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a Summer 2025 Aerostructures Manufacturing Operations Intern. In this role, you will performs assignments supporting Aerostructures Manufacturing Operations. Apply technical education in a manufacturing environment to understand root causes of manufacturing issues and define recommendations for improvement. This intern will analyze manufacturing data to help manage and improve the operational efficiency of the Aerostructures Product Center. Additional responsibilities include, performing data analytics to share performance and operational metrics with leadership and the shop floor. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of presentation skills, demonstrate written and verbal communication. Must be a US citizen.
Basic Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's of Science degree in Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline
- Familiar with AutoCAD a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- Must be a US citizen

- Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
- Self-motivated individuals who have the ability to manage many projects and responsibilities simultaneously are a must
- Strong Organization skills including attention to details

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
