Title: Sr Thought Leader Liaison

Location: Remote with heavy travel

The Manager, Thought Leader Liaison for Alastin Business Unit, U.S. is a field-based position responsible for working closely with Key Thought Leaders (KTLs) and Key External Experts (KEEs) to ensure cross-functional scientific and commercial engagement. is responsible for all aspects of Customer engagement related to Science & Education, providing both field and customer support in the form of Key Customer and KOL engagement, training and presentation prep, clinical product presentations, procedure product usage recommendations, , peer-to-peer conversations, Journal clubs and rountables specific to KOL or key data dissemination discussions and product questions field inbox support. This position attends tradeshows to gather intelligence on market trends, data gaps, competitive messaging and positioning, facilitate clinical and commercial conversations and as needed provides guidance & updates to scientific content and materials. Primary areas of focus, but not limited to; (i) KTL and KEE engagement (as assigned), (ii) Facilitating Alastin/ Galderma executive management engagements and touch points with KTLs, (iii) compliantly liaising with sales, marketing and other commercial functions (Corporate and Strategic Accounts etc) (iv) conventions, congresses, society meetings, and speaker events. (v) building advocacy for the Galderma Alastin brand (vi) facilitating identification and engagement of existing, new and future KTLs across all key areas of potential partnership or engagement including identification of possible future study sites or clinical experts in support of potential future studies or case series. All TLL interactions are always consistent with commercial compliance, legal and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Strategic partnerships with KTLs and KEEs; effectively engage, navigate, and influence KTLs. Identify, profile, cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with KTLs within the Skincare, Aesthetics, Plastic Surgery and Dermatology communities. Act as a liaison between KTLs and home office cross-functional teams KOL influence mapping; lead the identification and relationship management of KEE (commercial product KOLs) and execution of a Thought Leader influence map with the support of Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs and Professional Relations across all BUs. Ensure identification of all relevant KOLs (HCPs) and KTLs (Aestheticians etc) and large organized customers are targeted, and business plans are established. Cultivate relationships with thought leaders and key accounts that help strengthen current and future business potential. Customer interaction; compliantly collaborate and communicate with the field commercial team on each assigned KTL, to ensure strategic and tactical cohesiveness Aligning with cross-functional account plans & teams, the TLL orchestrates resources with the top 10%-15% of assigned KTLs and KEEs. Executing unique, compliant and approved KTL programming, such as condition/regimen, ingredient and product programming, as directed by leadership. Conduct substantial business, product and clinical conversations focused on topics, such as product, disease state, and company, at appropriate venues, in and outside the office settingCommercial speakers and peer to peer engagement; Execute on local, regional and national programs targeting or leveraging KTLs, Act as the main point of contact for high volume speaker logistic/scheduling and working cross functionally to ensure appropriate communication and resolve KTL issues when directed, by leadership.Congresses, conventions, and societies; Orchestrate KTL Executive Encounters and Engagement. Plan and execute KTL engagements and executive encounters at local, regional and national conferences, POAs, in field engagements, and other venues as directed in a complaint mannerMarketing support; work with targeted KTLs to obtain feedback on Brand-related marketing strategies/materials. Provide advisory board participant recommendations collaborate with Leadership, Portfolio, Marketing, clinical/R&D, Channel strategy and other relevant teams to design and develop best-in-class materials and resources to support multi-channel customer engagement and input (in person and remote/digital).

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
BA/BS degree required. MD, Pharm D, PhD, RN/BSN, PA or other higher degree preferredMinimum 5 years Aesthetic or other relevant Medical Education, MSL, TLL, Advocacy or Clinical Education experience requiredConveys information clearly, using a variety of media, to individuals and groupsAbility to convey clinical and non-clinical technical information effectivelyDemonstrates strong presentation skills and ability to navigate and build power point presentations and present data to key customer segments internally and externallyEffective, planning and communication, relationship-building, and strong problem-solving skillsAbility to display proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe ProAbility to remain calm, interpret data and conditions as presented, and provide solutions under stressComprehensive analytical/strategic thinking skills and decision-making; demonstrated ability to utilize data in fact-based decision-making (data to insights, to action).
